Sarah James

As Therapeutic Lead for a counselling charity for over eight years Sarah led a team of 40+ counsellors, expanded services, developed key policies, and created a successful counselling franchise model implemented through church partnerships.

Motivated by her Christian values, Sarah brings a wealth of experience from across the helping professions from roles held in local government housing benefits, charitable housing support, and counselling in diverse settings including schools, private companies, and NHS contracts.

She now runs a private practice, offering counselling to adults and young people and clinical supervision. Sarah remains committed to making a meaningful difference through ethical, compassionate, and effective therapeutic work.
