Bridge Builders Mediation Service

Care for the Family Care for the Family is a national charity which aims to promote strong family life and to help those who face family difficulties. Child Bereavement UK Child Bereavement UK supports families and provides training to professionals in relation to the loss of a child or a child experiencing bereavement.

Laurel Centre The Laurel Centre a specialist organisation providing help for Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD) and sex and porn addiction therapy using a BioPsychoSocial approach. The centre also provides support for partners and training to counsellors and health professionals. Mind Mind provides resources, information, support and advice relating to all aspects of mental health to the public, service users, family members, carers, mental health professionals and mental health advocates. MACSAS supports people who have been sexually abused, as children or adults, by ministers, clergy or others under the guise of the Church.

Their website offers useful resources and they offer a telephone and email helpline for survivors and their relatives.

Papyrus PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide is the UK charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people. papyrus-uk.org
Professional Standards Authority (PSA) The PSA aims to protect the public by overseeing the regulation and registration of healthcare professionals. It contains information and links to all Statutory and Accredited Register bodies, including counselling/psychotherapy bodies, who like ACC are accredited register holders. professionalstandards.org.uk
Restored Restored is a Christian charity working to raise awareness of domestic abuse, support survivors, and equip the church to do the same. restored-uk.org
Safe in Faith Safe in Faith works to support survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence and exploitation in ways that understand how their faith impacts their experiences. Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries is concerned with equipping the church to support mental health and wellbeing. It does this especially through the Sanctuary Course. Support After Suicide Partnership SASP is a UK wide network of over 70 members and supporters, bringing together national and local organisations that are involved in delivering suicide bereavement support across the UK. The Survivors Trust The Survivors Trust is the largest umbrella agency for specialist rape and sexual abuse services in the UK. They have 120 member agencies based in the UK and Ireland providing information, advice, support and therapy. Their services work with victims and survivors of all ages, all genders, of all forms of sexual violence, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation, including support for partners and family members. thesurvivorstrust.org
