I am a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and have been coaching and training since 2016. I specialise in Strengths‑based development, leadership coaching, pastoral care, and organisational development. My work centres on helping people discover who they are, what they are uniquely built to contribute, and how they can lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I am deeply motivated by walking alongside those who are passionate about leading well and supporting them as they grow in self‑awareness and impact.

I bring a coaching‑informed approach to governance — one that prioritises listening, reflection, healthy challenge, and the development of people and systems.
