Counselling Director

You will oversee the day to day running of the charity, leading a small administration team, a Counselling Therapy team, a CYP-IAPT Wellbeing Practitioners Project and a team of volunteers. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and management of the organisation and its Personnel. Wellspring Counselling based in Nailsea, North Somerset provides affordable Counselling services to adults and young people in the local area as well as IAPT CBT for young people. With strong links to GP surgeries, local churches, schools and the wider community over 25 years, we have gained an enviable reputation for helping local people in need.
