This session is intended to provide a clear and practical overview of the statutory duty to report under the Crime and Policing Act 2026 alongside other disclosure duties, including when disclosure triggers mandatory reporting, balancing confidentiality and what it means in practice.
Trainer
Matthew Graham is a Partner and the Head of the Criminal Law Team at Stone King LLP. His background includes working with some of the most vulnerable in society through publicly funded work in London covering all areas of criminal law, and he now leads a team that handles cases nationwide. He is a solicitor and advocate, conducting hearings in the Magistrates and Crown Court. Matthew has a particular interest and expertise in working with those experiencing mental health issues and neurodiversity.
