A CPD training day for supervisors, clinical managers and senior counsellors navigating the realities of supervision across statutory, voluntary and private practice settings. This day explores clinical and managerial tensions, risk formulation, supervisee wellbeing, and supporting effectively amid uncertainty and complexity.

Each of the two days can be taken individually and Day 1 is not a prerequisite for Day 2.

This training will take place on zoom and will be recorded. A copy of the recording will be sent to all attendees after the training, including those that booked a place and are unable to attend on the actual day.
