It's not unusual when working with children and young people that there will be times when we feel we're out of our depth or recognise the need to consult. The forum will give opportunity to share with others where you turn and come away with additional ideas whilst all the time recognising the importance of working ethically and in line with good practice including with respect to confidentiality.
