This training session is aimed at potential and current pastoral team leaders and church leaders seeking practical information to assist them in setting up and running a pastoral team within a church context.
The purpose of this training is to help churches to set up and run a safe and effective pastoral care team. It is suitable for church members and leaders seeking practical information to assist them in setting up and running a pastoral team within a church context.
Please note that the training will acknowledge safeguarding, DBS, GDPR as things to consider for setting up/running a pastoral team but it will not address specific issues relating to these.
