Service Coordinator – Bower House Counselling Service, Market Harborough

Lead and co-coordinate a safe, accessible counselling service, providing line management and clinical supervision to counsellors and support workers. Responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, client assessment and allocation, safeguarding, training, partnership working, policy development, service promotion, monitoring outcomes and reporting to the Governing Body. Applicants must hold a minimum CPCAB Level 4 counselling qualification, be BACP-registered or equivalent, and have at least 450 supervised clinical hours. A Christian faith and commitment are required.
