Head of Counselling at Network Counselling & Training

Network Counselling & Training is looking for a new Head of Counselling to lead and manage a busy counselling service. You will be responsible for all aspects of the service; managing the waiting list, allocating clients and counsellors, monitoring and evaluating our work. You will recruit and manage counsellors, ensuring they work in a safe and ethical manner. You will have experience in running a counselling service, safeguarding, and risk management. This is a senior leadership role within the charity, so will contribute to cross-organisational work including strategy, culture, and business development projects.

Image pregnancy crisis and loss - Trustee

image is a Christian charity providing support for pregnancy crisis and baby loss.

We are seeking two people to join our Board of Trustees to help oversee and shape the future of image. This is an opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to make a difference in the lives of our clients. No previous trustee experience is needed. You will be welcomed by a supportive and approachable team.

This voluntary role requires approx 6-8 hours per month, including 6 meetings per year and can be carried out remotely.

Therapeutic Hub Head of Service - Greenwich (TLG)

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) is a Christian emotional and mental wellbeing charity partnering with local churches to bring fullness of life to every child.

TLG is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to lead a pioneering church Therapeutic Hub in Greenwich, London. Established in partnership with a local church, the Hub will meet growing emotional and mental health needs among children, young people and families.

As Head of Service, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership for the Hub, delivering high‑quality therapeutic support for complex cases while overseeing referrals, care pathways and a multidisciplinary team of counsellors, trainees and coaches. Working within a trauma‑informed, relational framework and guided by PACE values, the role combines direct clinical practice with the opportunity to shape an innovative, safe and transformative model of care rooted in the local church.

Applicants must be a Level 4 or above qualified and registered counsellor or therapist, mission‑driven and passionate about transforming young lives.
