Catherine (Kate) Pozzo

Board Member

Catherine (Kate) is an Integrative Counsellor, Pastoral Supervisor and Spiritual Director. She has worked in a community counselling service in SE London and is currently in private practice. Alongside this, Catherine offers pastoral supervision to people in ministry and leadership, as well as spiritual accompaniment. She is Lead Tutor for Year 2 of the Encounter Course at the London Centre for Spiritual Direction. Across these areas, Catherine is interested in how psychological, relational, cultural and spiritual perspectives connect and inform practice and formation. She brings many years of active involvement in pastoral ministry and church life, including experience in a multicultural church and connections with people and communities overseas.

Creativity is another thread running through Catherine’s professional life, with over 20 years’ experience in graphic design, working collaboratively on communications and strategy in the public and third sector. Creativity continues to be an important part of her life through creative projects and leading mixed-media art sessions at a community wellbeing café. She also integrates creative approaches within her counselling and supervision practice. She enjoys travelling, coastal landscapes and being with family and friends.
