A Narrative Exploration into Counsellors’ experiences of the influence of a fundamentalist religious upbringing on mental health and well-being in adulthood
Gill Harvey is a Doctoral candidate at The Metanoia Institute, on the Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Professional Studies programme. Based on personal and professional experiences, she has become increasingly interested in the potential influence of a fundamentalist religious upbringing on mental health and well-being in adulthood. For her research study into this field, she is asking for qualified counsellors who are willing to either volunteer to share their own stories or professional experiences of working in this area.
