NHS Staff Counselling Service

ACC are providing a Counselling Service for NHS staff based in England, offering up to 6 sessions of counselling on a pro bono basis from fully qualified counsellors. You can download the flyer here.

This confidential and free faith-based counselling service, by video call or telephone, is available to staff of all beliefs and none. The sessions are delivered by professional counsellors who are sensitive to religious and non-religious spiritualities and we will endeavour to match you with a counsellor by ethnicity, if requested. The sessions provide an opportunity to talk through issues affecting your life such as, but not limited to, trauma, loss and grief, discomfort around ethical dilemmas, stress and anxiety, burnout and guilt.

  • To find out more about the service, please read the information leaflet.
  • To refer yourself, please download and fill in this self-referral form. If you don’t have access to a computer, please ring 0247 6449694 at any time and leave a message and your contact number.
  • If you want to talk to someone at ACC about this service, please send an email to the Service Coordinator at ccss@acc-uk.org.

If you are an ACC registered counsellor and would like to find out more about becoming a counsellor with the service, please click here.
