This is a training resource which has been put together as an aide memoire for counsellors. It covers briefly issues of self-care and suffering, and then looks at the potential impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of frontline NHS staff, and at bereavement, with thoughts about those that might be especially affected by the situation with COVID-19.
