The Regulation Process has been delayed after an unprecedented response to the consultation.
The planned Professional Liaison Group (PLG) meeting on 18/19 November has been postponed because the analysis of the responses will not be ready in time.
The PLG received over 1000 responses and we are aware of over 100 from ACC members. We would like to thank all our members who responded.
This is evidence that Health Professions Council (HPC) are taking the response seriously. A meeting has been set for December 10th.
There will be further news from that meeting, in the next edition of ACCord.

ACC Voluntary Register of Christian Counsellors
Following clarification from the Health Professions Council a new Voluntary Register Application Form is now available. Only full counsellor members will be eligible to be included in the ACC Voluntary Register. The form is available from the members' area of the web site.
